Subject: Disappointing Dining experience

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant.

Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet my expectations. There were unnecessary delays, and I found it difficult to get assistance from the service staff when needed. This affected what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
