I liked how van Gogh recreated the stars and the moon in such a unique way.  I felt calm because the wind in the sky is so smooth.This artwork is a landscape artwork because as you can see the painting it is looking at a small country town. I believe van Gogh  was trying to represent the beauty of living in a small country town.The first thing I looked when I saw Starry Night at was the wind and it is located in the centre of the page. The reason I looked at it first was because it was a main feature to the piece and because it was colourful. I cannot name just one feature for this artwork because it expresses all of the attributes of art but if I had to pick it would have to be texture.
