Qualified teachers or tutors hire,,,not students. Use already hired people to make program in school that someone follows students in their major classes where their scores are C and below and they wold be notifying parents/student recommend tutor classes after school so that they don't fall behind and try to do catch up in last week before final grades! Making sure Terra nova and all high school have qualified and engaged teachers not ones that sit and say take notes from the book on your own!
