Frequency of meetings:
2 / year (one semi-in-person, during the EBLIDA conference, in the spring; another in the autumn)
Frequency may increase whenever the subject under study/analysis requires it - scheduling must be done by the group itself, during the work

Chair and secretary - At least one of them shoul be in the EC. Secretary should replace Chair when absent;

Reports do the EC: Report the activity each quarter. It there's nothing to report, than that is what should be said: Nothing to report.  

Ther should be one member of Secretariat with the task to support de WG.

Instead of deciding each year if there should be a working group for the conference inside the EC, there should be a permanente committee: EC President, VP, Treasurer, 2 members from the EC, Secretariat, including the Director and 2 or 3 people from the welcoming country. 
Advantages:
They could star working and have a first in person meeting during the previous conference;
