         <description><![CDATA[<div>- I can give voice to my students during whole group discussions, allowing them to choose where and who they sit next to&nbsp;<br>- I do have students grade each others writing and exit tickets, in order to really grasp and conceptually understand the material&nbsp;<br>- I have incorporated Popsicle sticks with each students name on it, so that if a name is pulled every student does not feel "called on or picked on"  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On occasion, student voices are heard through round-robin talks where nothing is off for discussion. At the beginning of the year, students help create class culture by creating their own class rules. Class ambassadors are also chosen to help represent the class voice. </div>]]></description>
