It spread very quickly all over China and it's neighboring countries for multiple reasons. The main reason it spread so quickly was because Confucianism was the answer to China's disorder. Confucianism offered order to society after a period of chaos called the 'warning states' period.

Confucian Symbol- Used for marriage and to represent Confucianism, it means total righteousness and harmony within yourself and others.

Yin and yang compared to Confucianism, due to the symbol represents opposite forces working together and Confucianism stresses social order and harmony.
