         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Courage:<br></strong>One person can fight for what they believe and win against many<br>"It's not easy for me to raise my hand and send a boy off to die"<br><strong>Justice:</strong><br>The justice system is flawed, evidence was disproven<br>Depends on personal morals &amp; biases<br><strong>Prejudice:<br></strong>Fear of immigrants (immigrating from WW2) and young people (lots of young males are committing crimes)<br>"They're violent, they're vicious, they're ignorant, and they will cut us up"<br>The knife scares 3rd Juror because it prove to him young people are dangerous<br>Women also aren't allowed in court/jury rooms</div>]]></description>

I did."<br>- No group loyalty at first, since majority of the characters are racial intolerant &gt; drives segregation <br>"Boy-oh-boy! There's always one."<br><br>SIMILARITIES<br>- A leader-like figure in both texts (8th Juror / Eddie Mabo)<br>- Majority of the white people in both texts aren't afriad to express their opinions (usually racist)<br><br>MABO<br>- Eddie Mabo was the first person to take a stand for land rights for indigenous people. The land that they called Murray Island</div><div>- For group loyalty, you could say that the whole indigenous and Torres Strait Island community and family that he had back in Murray Island</div>]]></description>
