This is because our group lack of leadership abilities. Our group's leader was extremely determined and wouldn't listen to other peoples opinions. This is due to the fact that our group leader completely changed the poster's appearance to satisfy her own preferences after rejecting the one we had created. Additionally, she disregarded her own task, which is a peer activity, at the last minute and gave the work to another member instead of adhering to the previously arranged task distribution. She wanted to change again and complete her own peer task once we finished the group activity.
