         <description><![CDATA[<div>With the flipped classroom the application of instruction is very similar no matter the environment.&nbsp;<br>The teacher must provide instructional material in both situations that is viewed/learned outside of classtime. With in the class time students can work together to problem solve and apply strategies they learned outside of class. This can easily be applied if students are in person or online. </div>]]></description>
