1. If you don't do exercise frequently, you will have health troubles.
2. If you were able to drank or ate physchoactive substances, you would damage your body.
3. If you don't eat in a good way, you will have eating problems.
4. You would get a breakage if you didn't warm up.

Cristiano Ronaldo:
He is one of the most famous players in the world, however, in the participation in the World Cup in Qatar 2022, he reached the 4th final with his team, but what would have happened if he won the World Cup?
Well, First , if they had won against Morocco, they would have to play vs France. Then, if they had won against France, they would have reached the final.
Later, in the final, they would face Argentina (the final that many wanted), and if Portugal had won, Cristiano would have been the top scorer in the tournament, the winner of the Golden Ball, and would even have became the top player in history in soccer (For many people).

1. If you eat fresh food and you avoid processed food, your body gets more nutrients.
2. When you sleep enough time, you have less anxiety and stress.
3. When you don't eat every meal of the day, your body can affect how efficiently it burns calories.
4. If you eat less salt, you are less posibilities to have cardiovascular disease.
5. If you are exposed to the sun for 15 minutes, it helps you produce vitamin D, which is responsible for fixing calcium in your bones.

My favourite free-time activity

If only I had discovered this before!, my favourite free-time activity is reading. I wish I could have more time for it, because it makes me happy, I learn a lot and I improve my analytical, critical, and reasoning skills , but with the school is so difficult for me to read everyday because I have lots of homeworks and projects. I read since I was a child, but I didn't like a lot, but, If only I had known that there exists lots of kinds of them, I would had read more and, maybe, my life would be different. I love reading science, romance, fantasy, horror, fiction and economy. If someday I have the chance, I would build a big library for many people to enter to the world of literature and knowledge.

Communities

When I think on the meaning of community, I think in a group of people that shares somethings in common, like the likes, dislikes, location, language…In my case, I made part of many communities, for example, the school, there we share many things in common. For example, in my classroom we have similar ages, also we all speak in Spanish, we study at the same place and we like similar things. Also I make part of more communities, but there are some in which I feel more comfortable and share more. Finally, a community should be more than just something in common, it should be a support network and a group of trust that helps us grow as people.

A fun activity that I did

For my 15th birthday I told my mother to go to the theme park with some of my friends. So, we went to Mundo Aventura. First, we bought the passports but they just covered the kids attractions, so, we told to my mother that we had to change them and we had to pay more for that. But, at the end, we could. We rode on different atractions but there was one that I was scared of, but my friends insisted that we had to ridden on it. So I took forces and I rode on it. My friends asked me if I was ok, I wasn't because I was afraid, but I started to talk with they, and at the least expected moment, the attraction went up so fast I and felt that I was going to faint, when we were in the sky, I couldn't open my eyes, and I felt a horrible void. But then the atrattion went down so fast and I don't feel bad. It was a pretty good day and I want to repeat it.
