Australia is similar to China in terms of their top 5 causes of death, and offer similar health care. However, the life expectancy of Australians is 82.9 years, leaving a 6-year difference. This may be due to our quality of life and the quality of the environment, we are not exposed to as much smoke and emmissions as the Chinese people.

This is related to our health care and its accessibilities as people can access health care that is effective as compared to other countries where less fatal and preventable diseases are main causes of death.
