The positive out-looks about this particular component would be:
1. Insurance companies no longer decide the dollar limit on what they would spend for your covered benefits during the plan.
This is a good add-in because you are allowed to get more out of what you put in.
2. Annual dollar limits are banned that were all job related plans and individual health insurance plans that companies could put on most covered health benefits.
This is a good add-in because you are no longer required to pay yearly for your coverage plans,
3. You no longer are required to pay the cost of all care exceeding those limits.
This is a good add-in because you do not need to pay for care that was not expected but what needed in emergency times.

The negative out-looks about this particular component would be:
1. Plans can put an annual dollar limit and a lifetime dollar limit on spending for health care services that are not considered essential health benefits.
This is a bad exception to the deal because of the idea that what is not considered essential health benefits could potentially be beneficial to the consumer or client.
2. Grandfathered individual health insurance policies are not required to follow the rules on annual limits.
This is a bad exception because clients under this plan should also get the benefits that is given to new clients, and not be asked to change their plan.
3. This may increase the idea of higher taxes that people will have to pay in order to stabilize the funding that is partaking in this component of the law and the law within itself.
