When I was 5 years old

Being out in the hot weather 

Makes me very tired,

It is lot of fun kicking the ball,

Soccer keeps me healthy,

The sweat dripping down my legs , 

 

My goal when I first started was to get good, 

So I played soccer everyday after school with my friends    

And sometimes I played soccer at elementary school outside,

My parents bought me a ball when I was five,

I was selected to play when I was nine,

When everyone started to cheer at me when I made the first goal,

Parents and family were standing up clapping instead of sitting down, 

It was one of greats day of my life,

And we both know, no matter what I do next,

I’ll  always be that kid with the ball playing soccer, 

Even if i'm hurt I will still play soccer
