I've learned a lot in science. First our teacher, Ma'am Jo, ask what we have know about the different kinds of system in our body. Then after that we play kahoot, and other fun learning games. Then Ma'am Jo dicussed some different parts of Respiratory System, which is the trachea or wind pipe, bronchitis, bronchi, nassal passage, nose, alveoli, and bronchoiles. In the next day, we do the group activity, we experimented The Bottled Balloons, Which can help us to the question of how the lungs work if we inhale and exhale. The different materials are the half bottle which is the chest cavity, the two balloons inside the bottle are the lungs, the large balloon under the bottle is the diaphragm, and two straws are the trachea. Then we discussed again about what air we inhale and exhale, and where it enters and where exit. Circulatory System is also I've learned. The main organ of Circulatory System is the heart which is the size of our fist. It is the hollow muscular pump that pumps the blood throughout the body. Blood carries the materials througout the body, then blood vessels carries the blood throughout the body and it has three (3) types, the arteries carries the oxygen, then veins carries the carbon dioxide, the capillaries are the smallest blood vessels. Then I've also learned the three (3) Circulation of blood. The Pulmonary is the circulation of blood from the the heart to the lungs and back to the heart, Systemic Circulation carries the oxygenated blood away from the heart to the body. And the Coronary Circulation is the circulation of blood to the tissues and to the rest of the body. We experimented again about The Model of the Heart. Which helps me to understand more how the heart works as a pump. Next we did some group activity again, to know how fast and slow of our heart rates. I've learned that if we are resting our heart rates slow down, because we don't need much blood, but if we are active or doing something our heart rates fast because we need more blood unlike we are resting. What system can effect in our body if we smoke? If we smoke, our healthness is getting lost, especially the healthness of our lungs and heart. The Respiratory and Circulatory System. On the Circulatory, there are some diseases can we get, they are the blood pressure, coronary heart disease, increased heart rate, arteriosclerosis, ect. Chronic bronchitis, asthma cough, cold, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and other repiratory infection are the diseases can we get if we smoke.

The lessons I've learn, for the past days we discuss is all about respiratory system, as far as i remember at first is we identify the different parts of the respiratory system which is nose, nasal passage, trachea or wind pipe, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli, and after that we had an group quiz of Kahoot. and the next day we had an group activity about The Model of Lungs and how it works, so that we bring some materials that is bottle, bottle stands for chest cavity, the straw stands for trachea, the two balloons represents the lungs and then the balloon at the bottom of the bottle represents the diaphragm, and what air we use when we are inhaling and exhaling. And then the next day we had a short discussion about Circulatory System and then have a group activity about what we know aside from what we discuss so that with the help of our module we found out that Circulatory System also called as Cardiovascular System and it's main organ are the heart, blood and blood vessel. we also found out that the sizes of our Heart is how big our fist is, and the Heart pumps blood throughout the body. Then the Blood carries the materials throughout the body, and the Blood vessels carries the blood thoughout the body and it has three (3) major types that are arteries, the Arteries carries the oxygen, and then the Veins carries the carbon dioxide, then the Capillaries is the smallest blood vessel. And then the ff. circulation of blood that are the Pulmonary Circulation, Coronary Circulation, and Systemic Circulation. Pulmonary Circulation, is the movement of the blood from the heart to the lungs and back to the heart, Coronary Circulation is the movement of blood through the tissues of the heart, Systemic Circulation is the movement of blood from the heart to the rest of the body, excluding the lungs. And then after that we had a group activity according to the circulatory system parts and functions. And then after that we discuss about the human heart, as i said earlier our heart is bas big bas our fisr, and we found out that heart has four chamber that is left and right atrium and left and right ventricles. And then bring some materials for heart pump model, then experiment about it. Then after that we had an group activity again this is about our pulse rate, how our pulse rate at rest and after exercise, how fast it is or slow according to the experiment when we do the at rest first or after exercise, then according to the time we used. And then we answer the guide questions we need to answer, and our leader presents it to our teacher that is Maa'm Jo. Then today we have our new lesson about healthy heart and lungs and unhealthy heart and lungs, then after some short discussion we have a group activity about cigarette smoking, what's the effect or disease we used to have when we are smoking for our Ciculatory System and Respiratory System.

Your heart is a muscular organ that pumps blood to your body. Your heart is at the center of your circulatory system. This system consists of a network of blood vessels, such as arteries, veins, and capillaries. These blood vessels carry blood to and from all areas of your body.

An electrical system controls your heart and uses electrical signals to contract the heart's walls. When the walls contract, blood is pumped into your circulatory system. Inlet and outlet valves in your heart chambers ensure that blood flows in the right direction.

Your heart is vital to your health and nearly everything that goes on in your body. Without the heart's pumping action, blood can't move throughout your body.

Your blood carries the oxygen and nutrients that your organs need to work well. Blood also carries carbon dioxide (a waste product) to your lungs so you can breathe it out.

A healthy heart supplies your body with the right amount of blood at the rate needed to work well. And the human body is compose of different systems, which are the cells , the tissues and the organs . And when we breathe inhale the diaphragm muscle was contracts it means were tummy is going down and were chest cavity is expands , and when we breathe exhale the diaphragm muscle relaxes ,it means the diaphragm return to their original place and the chest cavity returns to its original size. The human heart is hollow muscle which is just a big as were fist .And to the negative effects of cigarette smoking on the circulatory and respiratory systems are lung cancer, heart diseases, asthma, chronic bronchitis, tuberculosis and bad breathe is to respiratory and to circulatory systems are increase heart rate, blood pressure , coronary heart disease , arteriosclerosis and vascular diseases...

The human respiratory system is a series of organs responsible for taking in oxygen and expelling carbon dioxide. The primary organs of the respiratory system are lungs, which carry out this exchange of gases as we breathe.

The circulatory system, also called the cardiovascular system or the vascular system, is an organ system that permits blood to circulate and transport nutrients (such as amino acids and electrolytes), oxygen, carbon dioxide, hormones, and blood cells to and from the cells in the body to provide nourishment and help in fighting diseases, stabilize temperature and pH, and maintain homeostasis. The bronchi subdivide

many times inside the lungs, analogous to the branching pattern of grapes, finally

becoming hairlike tubes called

bronchioles In the last part of the terminal

bronchioles are tiny bubble-like bunch of structures called

alveoli or airsacs
When you breathe in, or

inhale

, the diaphragm muscle contracts.

i learned about the four chamber of the heart is The heart consists of four chambers in which blood flows. Blood enters the right atrium and passes through the right ventricle. The right ventricle pumps the blood to the lungs where it becomes oxygenated. The oxygenated blood is brought back to the heart by the pulmonary veins which enter the left atrium. From the left atrium blood flows into the left ventricle. The left ventricle pumps the blood to the aorta which will distribute the oxygenated blood to all parts of the body.
The heart has four chambers: two atria and two ventricles.

The right atrium receives oxygen-poor blood from the body and pumps it to the right ventricle.

The right ventricle pumps the oxygen-poor blood to the lungs.

The left atrium receives oxygen-rich blood from the lungs and pumps it to the left ventricle.

The left ventricle pumps the oxygen-rich blood to the body.

The heart is divided into four chambers.
