         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hurricanes kill dogs and cats every year ; Hurricanes form when oceans reach 79 degrees Fahrenheit or more. The intensity of North Atlantic hurricanes and the number of Category 4 and 5 hurricanes have increased since the 1980s.These increases are due in part to warmer sea surface  in the areas where Atlantic hurricanes form and pass through. An active area of research involves determining how much of this sea surface temperature increase can be attributed to natural causes versus human causes and whether the frequency and duration of  hurricanes will continue to increase in the future.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Through data it's easy to see that there is an anthropogenic relationship to the amount and viciousness of storms and hurricanes. The Environmental Diverse Fund has multiple data sources that conclude that an increase in human-produced climate change leads to more storms and hotter temperatures. This creates a cycle of hotter temperatures, higher evaporation rates and more precipitation.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rising temperatures and CO<sub>2</sub> levels can increase growth or alter migration of some tree species;however, the relationship between rising temperature and mortality is complex. For example, most functional groups show a decrease in mortality with higher summer temperatures (with the exception of northern groups), whereas warmer winters are correlated with higher mortality for some functional groups. Tree mortality is often the result of a combination of many factors; thus increases in pollutants, droughts, and wildfires will increase the probability of a tree dying Under projected climate conditions, rising temperatures could work together with forest stand characteristics and these other stressors to increase mortality. Recent die-offs have been more severe than projected. As temperatures increase to levels projected for mid-century and beyond, eastern forests may be at risk of die-off.</div>]]></description>

It also form the start of a period of storm illnesses. The El Nino aslo has a big impact of the environment is the ocean. It kills all the close shore fish in the guts which hurts the reproduction of them in that season and hurt the fish population for food in recovery. </div>]]></description>
