         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; Eating healthier and making self improvements for example doing more exercises has become a popular trend during the COVID-19 pandemic and now it has motivated more and more people to try and start a healthier lifestyle.<br>&nbsp; During the self isolation period, for about two years most families had to stay indoors. While being only inside of their homes, boredom started to spread and because of that many people started to try and do the stuff they couldn’t do before. And so the trend of self improvement began to rise and more and more people joined in. The overall fitness level of most adults were increased and to maintain their new healthy lifestyle they also started to eat more healthy foods. And the habit of exercising regularly together with eating healthily, helped many to keep shape.<br>&nbsp; To help encourage more people to eat healthier and exercise, we should raise awareness of the consequences of not doing so. Tell relatives and friends to try and start a diet and encourage them to exercise more.&nbsp;<br>  In conclusion, if more and more adapt this lifestyle the people of the world would be more stronger and healthier to help create a better society.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>More and more people decide to eat healthy food and exercise regularly. This because they want to live longer with the same health as they were younger. But it is not the only reason this trend becomes popular, there are many different answers to this question.</div><div>Firstly, with students, they are taught to be healthier by eating wholesome food. Teachers will explain to them the disadvantages when choosing fast food. For example, hamburgers are often processed with a lot of spices and they have a quite huge amount of fat so if you eat them regularly, you will be obese. Other types of fast food will also make you have serious health problems such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes. When hearing about that, you will be aware of what kind of food you eat and to be stronger, you need to eat healthy food. If you also want to eat fast food, you will have to exercise frequently. Secondly, to everyone especially people work in office such as accountants, information technology staff, they do not have time to care about their food. They are often very busy and to keep up with work progress, they just have a little time to buy fast food. They work with sitting stuck to the chair all the times and that can cause poor health that the quality of work will be degraded.If they continue like this, their work will be delayed so they should decide to spend even a little time to pay more attention to the issue of eating and exercising regularly.&nbsp;</div><div>To encourage more people to eat healthier and exercise, we can organize some running competitions. We can create the content and share it for everyone so more people will know and participate. And more people will have a good health, learn more benefits about doing exercise so they will keep doing this. Another way that we should open forums on food issues, mentioning delicious dishes for each person that are nutritious. Also sharing the benefits of healthy eating and give psychologically strong words like if you do not follow it, you will regret having an illness or even leading to death in one day. They must pay attention to that because nobody wants to die.</div><div>In conclusion, the trend about eating healthier and exercise regularly is worth doing. This trend can be explained through many different reasons<br><br></div><div>Firstly, you will feel happier. People with healthy living habits often maintain a fit body and always feel healthy and full of energy. Daily exercise not only helps reduce stress, think positively, but also helps skin and hair to be healthier and more beautiful, slower aging, so healthy people are often younger than their age. Because of that, they will feel more confident, happier and always satisfied with their lives.<br><br></div><div>Secondly, they want to improve health and prolong life. Healthy living habits include eating an adequate and balanced diet, and exercising regularly. Specifically, when eating healthy, your health will definitely improve, especially the immune system will work better to help you prevent the risk of diseases. Besides, if you are suffering from a disease, the consumption of healthy foods, suitable for your health condition also contributes to improving the effectiveness of disease treatment.<br><br></div><div>So what can be done to encourage more people to eat healthier and exercise? That healthy lifestyle brings many benefits, but implementing it is not easy when we often have to live in a hurry and face a lot of pressure from work, life, etc. However, if we really want to change, Change yourself, want to have a good health and a more positive life, you can absolutely do it. First, take some time to think about what will benefit you, where you should start, and why you can't fulfill your healthy living goals. When you clearly define and set specific short-term and long-term goals, you will surely succeed. Sometimes, goals that are too big will make it more difficult and frustrating to achieve. Instead of trying to change it all at once, you just need to adjust and start with the smallest habits, such as drinking more water and limiting processed foods or exercising to only 5 to 10 minutes. minutes a day… When you do it every day, your health will also improve step by step. In my opinion, caring more about health is the reason for this change. There are a ton of ways to encourage people to follow healthy life.<br><br></div><div>First, it’s obvious that realizing the cost when people pay for diseases and caring about our health and makes people start learning to eat healthily and do exercises regularly. Second, with diseases such as cancer which has a harmful effect on our health, we are more aware of our health. Therefore, we tend to make their food which can provide a lot of nutrients as well as taking exercises to build up our fitness to get rid of these problems instead of eating fast food.<br><br></div><div>The government and each person can encourage people to live healthy. And what are the benefits of this lifestyle?</div><div>Generally, people eat healthier and exercise to get in shape and that is the trend nowadays. Some people work out to have a perfect body to pursue acting or modeling. Some work out for health-related reasons. They may be overweight and need to reduce their body fat to lower their cholesterol levels and maintain a healthy heart. Some do it for personal reasons, they could be bullied for being fat or skinny. Thus, they exercise to improve their confidence.</div><div>Even if you don't have any reason to exercise, you should do it because it is good for you. But what are the benefits of exercising regularly? The most obvious is improving your overall fitness. Nowadays, people don't nearly get as much exercise as they did in the past.
