         <description><![CDATA[<div>The executive branch of the government is the branch that enforces the laws. It is comprised of the president and his or her's workers. There is a line of succession just in case the the president is killed in office. It goes - The president, vice president, Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate and so on. These are only carried out in extreme cases of the president&nbsp;dying in office.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>Why and how has the process for nominating and electing presidents changed over time?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This process has changed over time for multiple reasons. A big reason is personal rights. Back then, African Americans and women couldn't vote. Now everyone above the age of 18 and a citizen is allowed to vote. Once these votes are in, it goes to the Electoral College. Each representative of this organization is in charge of a district. They are supposed to vote for the person who has won the majority vote in that district. To be nominated for the presidency, you have to win what is called a primary. In this, you run against people in your same party to be that parties Presidential Candidate.</div>]]></description>
