         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Q1:&nbsp; What should I do if after restart my computer, my sound is still unfonctionnal?</strong><br>A: When your&nbsp; sound is still unfonctionnal, save all your documents in a USB key and left your computer to the technician.</div><div><br><strong>Q2: Why the technician tells me that he will erase all my computer?</strong><br>A: Because he wants to be sure that you saved your documents in a secure place before doing anything.<br><br><strong>Q3: What should I do if my friend's computer is updating too?</strong><br>A: Find an other friend! Sometimes, the whole class has computers updating and the teacher can decide to work on paper this day.<br><br><strong>Q4: Why should I not turn off my computer during an update?</strong><br>A: Because it can erase some of your documents and dammage your hard disk.<br><br><strong>Q5: What should I do if I lost my charge?</strong><br>A: If you lost your charge, you have to buy a new charge.<br><br><strong>Q6: What should I do if any of those problems happens to me when I am at home or if the technician office is not open?</strong><br>A:&nbsp; Even if any of those problems happens to you when you are at home, I think you have other ways to do your homeworks... Also, there are two offices of technicians, one in the PME and the other in the Pavillon principal.</div>]]></description>
