Sunday; Road Trip Day

on sunday I thought that we were gonna be waking up at 4 AM so I didn't go to bed until like 11:40, but my sister desire woke us up at like 2:12 and I sat up in bed I she said smth then left but I was so tired I didn't realized she said smth till after she left, she might've said smith like "time to wake up" but I don't even know, so i sat in bed for a sec then got up and changed into some clothes for the road trip, after that we started packing up the car and while I was putting my stuff in the back of the car my foot got caught on a blanket and i fell on part of our car holds the seatbelt(ill attach a pic of what it looks like) my face landed on it and my nose was in pain for a couple mins but i kinda busted my lip on it and my gums were bleeding rlly bad for like 4 or 5 hours so i couldn't eat anything, and my lip was rlly swollen and my sister(daisha) said that it looked like i have a lip filling which was rlly funny. the swelling is gone now but now I have a scab on the right side my lip and its kinda sore but other than that i'm ok lol. we also only stopped twice for the bathroom during the road trip, so that was a struggle(i was sleeping for most of it tho). after we got to michigan we helped the girls and dominick unload their stuff into my biological grandma's apartment. then me, christian, and our grandma went to our cousins house bc that's where she was staying at the moment(i'll tell u why in the comment of this) then we went to bed.

On Monday, we ran errands for most of the day; First Christian, my biological grandma, and I went to a place called "Fredi's" for breakfast, I got French toast and some bacon, Christian got cheese sticks w/ marinara sauce(they messed up and got him chilli tho), and a "Boss Burger" that had 2 patties, 2 tomatoes, lettuce, and I think ketchup(it also came w/ mushrooms but he asked for no mushrooms). My grandma got shredded hashbrowns and smth else, I forgot what else. after we ate we left and went to Meijer's (a store like Walmart in MI) there we looked for a pair of shoes for me since i dont have boots and it was rlly cold, we failed tho, so after that we went to a credit union. then after that we went to a Walmart and my grandma got "jar cheese"(i still dont know what that means), milk, and toothpaste. when we left walmart we stopped by Ross and got me a dress and a new pair of shoes/boots for the funeral, and the second we walked into the Ross i turned to the right where the shoes were and saw the cutest pair of boots that matched my bag and my purse w/ the gold and black color scheme and i'm obsessed w/ them(i'll probably wear them the next time i go to school), she also got me a dress, it goes down to a little bit above my knees and its black and white and it has a built in belt in the waist area and the skirt part of it is pleated and I love it, it fits pretty well and its church appropriate so thats a plus. while we were at ross my god mom called my grandma and said that we had to go to our Nana's house at 2 to pick up some of the stuff and look at the state of the house. it was about 1:47 when she called so we were in a bit of a rush, we also got christian a pair of fancy church shoes and gloves. after that we got in the car and christian checked their location on life 360 to see if they were on their way to Nana's house already and they were but they stopped at a halo burger, so christian called desire and was like "how are the burgers" then desire was like "are y'all spying on us?" and that was funny, and desire told us over the phone that they were on their way now so we left to go there too. we got there before they did, but they arrived soon after. the windows broke on the house so they were cover by wooden boards so no one broke in, we had to wait for the guy that was there to let us in to the house and when you first walk in theres a staircase on the right side of you and the kitchen area was on the left side. we walked in and the whole house smell like smoke, so we covered our noses so we didn't have to smell bc it smelled rlly bad too, if you looked into the kitchen area you would only be able to walk a couple feet in there bc the main floor beyond that had callopsed into the basement bc of how old the house was, nana was going to get work done on the house because the wood was really worn down and un sturdy so we weren't able to look for stuff over there so we went up the stairs instead and looked around, when u go up the stairs there were books and pencils all over the floor so we had to be rlly careful abt where we stepped but we found some of Nana's old photo albums and her betty boop collectibles(she loved betty boop) we also found her stand up photo thingy w/ pictures of my god mom, and her sister Tia when they were little it also had baby photos of the girls and dominick. so we loaded that stuff into the van, I also picked up the pencils can pencil cases that were all over the ground so no one tripped, also upstairs it has a room the stairs lead to then you walk through the door way and her little guest room we would stay in wa right there, but we weren't able to walk that far into there tho because the roof caved in right there and there was a ton of debris all over the floor and there was some snow on the small part the fell so it was also rlly cold since it led straight outside but from what we could get to we found a bunch of her stuff in her small mini upstairs kitchen area too and loaded it up into the van. we were all bawling during it tho especially my god mom bc it was her mom who died. the investigator guy that was at the house at the time told us what happened(the fire started from the basement, they dont know how yet, but the floors from the kitchen to her bedroom caved in completely and they said they found her body below where the kitchen was and that she was rlly burnt up, they also said they hadn't found the cats bodies but after the fire happened the saw some cat paw prints outside the house, that helped a lil bit we weren't able to find smth else my godmom rlly wanted to find, (i forgot what) that was aparentaly in the basement but we werent able to go down there bc it was too dangerous). after that we had a lil group hug then went back to the cars after me, christian and my grandma got home we started on on our work, (it was about 4:20 when we got back)I had to draw out the map from ms riley bc my cousins dont have a printer(I forgot to specify that we were staying w/ my uncle curtis and my cousins CJ and Jayden) so i was upset abt needing to do all that, once I finished that me and christian were playing games w/ our cousins(Trackmania, Minecraft Dungeons, and DBZ Legends) then they had to go to bed bc they had school still(jayden went to bed at 9 and cj went to bed at 10) we went to bed at abt 11:40. christian slept in our cousins room and i slept in my grandma's room.
