Staying up to date on&nbsp; any medical information so patients can be treated properly.<br>6. If there is a miscommunication in terms of a diagnoses, the health care professional needs to take action of the situation.&nbsp;<br>7. In pharmacy, its important to know the patient's situation so that if a certain drug is necessary, the time that the drug is needed to be taken&nbsp;is also clear too.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
