"Products nowadays are made to hide aging and get rid of spots and wrinkles, but we're all gonna age eventually. Aging is a natural thing that's gonna happen to us eventually. I use those creams to get rid of spots, but I can't hide them forever, even I know that."

"We used to eat dinner every night at the dining room table, and no one was allowed to talk except Mom and Dad. Now we hardly use the dining room table. And technology. I used to know dozens of phone numbers by heart, but with all this technology now I can hardly remember one. Society has become so reliant on technology, but what happens when it's no longer there? The way people are raised now too affects everything, their work ethic, how they carry themselves, how they act. If you're not raised in the right environment you're already at a disadvantage."

"I don't know if you've seen it, but Dave Chappelle on SNL talking about Trump really had an impact on me when I first watched it. He starts off by joking, calling Trump dumb and stupid, but then he sits down and get's serious and says, 'Now all jokes aside, in all seriousness, this is our President for the next 4 years. While he may screw us over, we still need to give him a chance and consider that he may do good for our country, because he is our President for the next 4 years.' And I don't know, I just never thought of it like that, so it was interesting to hear that new perspective, I had never thought of it like that before."

"I can't remember the name of the song, I think it was something like, 'the most beautiful girl in the world', I'll look it up and send it to you. But Steve came home one day and said, 'Here listen to this, what do you think of this song?' And I heard it and said, 'This song is beautiful, where did you get it?' And he said he had heard it from some guys at work and so he recorded it for me and brought it home so I could hear it. That song was the song we danced to after we got engaged, and sadly since Steve passed away, that's the same song that I laid him to rest with. So that song is very meaningful to me."
