But the Cherokee Tribe did not think it was fair so the went to Supreme Court and the lost so they did have to go and live in Oklahoma.Also about a quarter which is 25 of Cherokee died on there trip to Oklahoma .In my opinion I don’t think it’s fair because it’s there land and the made a treaty like a promise and Andrew Jackson broke it.
