E.g: Because it's your idea, you can complete the project more perfectly than others, thereby promoting your self-worth.

-          It is usually unsatisfied everyone and results are often not as expected when people do not have discussion and agreement

E.g: For example, when working in groups to choose a certain topic. When an individual is only interested in his own opinion and ignores the opinions of everyone in the group, it leads to disagreement and dissatisfaction among members.

-          Your idea is only limited to your knowledge and never can be developed

E.g: When you listen to people’s opinions. A lot of ideas, as well as knowledge, will complement each other, making the team’s results better

-          You can’t know if your opinion is wrong or hard to do

E.g: Suppose you choose a topic that is too abstract. You have the illusion that you and everyone else can do it. You don't listen to positive or negative feedback from group members. That makes it easy for you to make a mistake and makes it difficult for everyone to do it.
