If I should discover a beautiful island where no one has been to, I would make the first rule to build to the society making people pay for daily necessity, and making a governed or some sort of ruler. another necessity would be no homophobia, racism, or sexism will be allowed. i would want everyone in my society to feel safe and comfortable.
