My name is Loren Wareing, I'm currently in my third year at UniSA specialising in primary and middle education. Last year I was very fortunate to visit South Korea as part of my TESOL studies. The intercultural exchange provided great inspiration of opportunities as a future educator. I’m hopeful in the future to work closely with new arrival students and ultimately work overseas as an English teacher.  
My goal is to learn another language fluently, currently the only language I know is English. I have a slight understanding of the Italian language from primary and secondary schooling.

In my work, I use English for professional and academic purposes.
I use French to read novels or watch news and movies. I use Chinese to read short texts and dialogues or to listen to songs.
In recent years, as I've travelled more and as others have visited Australia from overseas, I have used spoken Chinese to communicate in countries such as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Australia. I have also learned basic Bahasa Indonesia and Hanggul.
