For our business group project, we use AIDCA Model to explain our hard sell and soft sell. So basically, AIDCA are stands for A- Attention, I-Interest, D-Desire, C-Conviction and A-Action. It is a framework which is use in marketing as a strategy by help to understand and guide the process of persuading the customer to make a purchase with our business product.

Copywriting is important as it connects us to our customers. It also helps us to create awareness of our products. With skilful copywriting, customers tend to notice about our product and eventually they will be interested with it.

This project is very helpful to me as this was the first time I did a business around the campus area. During the process of doing this project, we did face some ups and downs. But still we manage to pull it through. This project helps me to gain lots of knowledge on how to start a business and manage the finances appropriately. As a group leader myself, I'm so grateful to have the team that are so supportive to each other when we face challenges when doing this project. Even though I have not been a great leader, I did manage to guide all my group members in completing this group project. Lastly, I would like to thank UNIMAS for allowing me to gain experience in starting a business on campus, even though it's just a small business, it will still be helpful to me in the future when I am opening my own business. Running Flower Champ has been a challenging but rewarding experience. It has taught me a lot not only about business but also about myself. Managing a business while studying has helped me improve my time management and taught me how to prioritize tasks. From sourcing materials to completing orders I have learned how to stay organized and meet deadlines. One of the most important lessons is understanding customer needs. Every customer is different and listening carefully to what they want is key to creating meaningful and unique gifts. This has improved my communication and made me more adaptable. We as a team also faced challenges like last-minute changes to orders which have taught me how to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure.Another thing that i learned is managing the financial like tracking expenses and setting prices has helped me understand the importance of planning and making smart decisions. Overall, this journey has boosted my confidence, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Seeing customers happy with our work makes all the effort worth it. In short, running Flower Champ has been an amazing learning experience. It has helped me grow personally and professionally and the lessons i have learned will stay with me as I take on future challenges.

Running the business that sells flower champ in UNIMAS campus has been challenging but beneficial for me. It is because this is the golden opportunity for me to promote, survey, and sell the products to audiences. I learned a lot of useful methods to promote and interact with customers by social media, face-to-face and phone calls. This opportunity may enable me to be more productive, efficient to become a good marketer. From the beginning, I have experienced and learned how to produce an attractive advertisement, promote our flower champs to customers and at the end calculate and record every sales that we made. This has improved my business skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills as well as creativity. In short, MPU 3222 has given me a golden opportunity to learn how to sell the flower champ to customers effectively.

Reflecting on my MPU3222 Entrepreneurship project with our business "Flower Champ," where our group successfully sold flower bouquets and achieved RM455 in revenue against RM300 in expenses within just a month, has been an incredibly rewarding experience. This venture not only taught us the importance of effective planning and teamwork but also honed our skills in resource management and customer engagement. Despite facing challenges like market competition and time constraints, we adapted our strategies and utilized social media to connect with customers, ultimately fostering a sense of community around our brand. This project has ignited my passion for entrepreneurship and inspired me to explore future opportunities in the entrepreneur field, reinforcing the belief that determination and creativity can lead to remarkable success.

Using reliable florists and creative designs, we ensure every bouquet is special. Our online ordering and delivery services make gifting easy and convenient.

Our mission is to bring smiles and lasting memories to our customer especially at UNIMAS.

Technique: The design we choose for teaser poster was affirmation, as you can see the bouquet itself was attractive with prominent colors. For example, we put the picture in the middle of the poster and the color of the bouquet that contrasts with the background. So, when they see our poster, they keep focusing on the picture instead of the background.

My name is Shasha Glodia anak Affendy. My matrix number is 106307. In this group, my role is make a poster. I was responsible from making the poster to promote through Instagram and Facebook. I also ensure to convey information well and easily understood through posters

Throughout the project, I was assigned to make a poster for our group. Actually, I am not creative in creating posters but with the support of my group mates, I try my best to create posters that are easy for others to understand. At first, it is very difficult for me to find a suitable concept to create a poster that can attract the attention of many people to buy the products we sell. I also learned design software where I wasn’t very good at using it either. Even so, a lot of experience I learned in using this software like Canva because before this I didn’t use Canva much. This experience also helped me improve my software usage skills. With the skills I have, I will use them for future projects. In conclusion, the experience on using software was very useful for me because I learned a new skills and produced many posters. I hope in the future, I will improve my skills in the project.
