Focus on all employees on spectrum. Not just dealing with" squeaky wheels" . Been engaging employees who often times nearly refuse to speak in group setting hoping that they know we value their feedback and engagement.

Listening and allowing the team members/employees to find a solution on their own (75/25) but we are also helping them along the way.
