In Week 12 we learnt about the primary audience and how to make it suitable for them helping us and giving us tips for our group assignment we will be completing. some styles of resposnses when deconstructing and constructing responses to live productions are technicians, narrators, mystics, dramatists and spectators (Weddell,2003). Making and responding are both connected, they both provide students with knowledge, understanding and skills as artists, performers and audience members and develop students skills in crticial and creative thinking.
In the tutorial we started off with a warm up activity called "fluffy duck" we were in a circle and the person in the middle would pretend to shoot someone, that person must dodge the bullet but the 2 people of each side would have a shoot out and whoever was last to shoot is out. This game created a fun atmosphere for everyone and i noticed everyone was enganged and focusing on the game making sure they didnt get out.
we then focused on our group presentations trying to perfect it, making sure we had every detail right and were going to engage the audience.
