The multiple exposure was created using a camera. Go to menu --> the camera option --> scroll down to multiple exposure. You could select to do 2 shots or more, but 2 is the recommended amount. Then start shooting anything: people, animals, buildings, nature, and mix them up to be creative.

What steps did you take to create the color channel multiple exposure?

For the color channel multiple exposure, first take portraits of someone or something (like an animal) in front of a one color background (preferably white). Get different poses from the front or sides. You could use the portrait or landscape options of direction. Open both photos you decide to use in photoshop (make sure they have the same image size). Move one tab of a photo to the side then drag the photo on top of the other photo. Align all sides together. Under the layers, click on fx then blending options. You will be using the color options. Click and un-click the boxes and see the photo change colors for both layers. Press ok if you are satisfied with how the layers look. then finally, merge layers and save.

What steps did you take to create the impressionistic and swirl photographs?

Pick any photo you would like to use. Open it in photoshop and cop it 4 more times. Click the eye tool next to each layer besides the background layer and the first layer. Then click onto the first layer. For impressionistic, just move the photo up, down, to the left, or to the right. For the swirl, go to edit--> transform --> rotate. On the first copy of the first layer, click the eye option to show it (for both creations) and do the same thing for the rest of the layers. When done, highlight all layers, including the background --> layers --> smart objects --> convert to smart objects. Then go to layers--> smart objects --> stack mode --> mean. Watch as all layers are converted together to make a new photo. Edit if you'd like and save.
