How districts are choosing to engage with parents now that some events are in person again. 


Providing resources to families in a culture that tends to not want to discuss their needs. Being a district with over 80% black students, our families tend to shy away from accepting resources we offer, which is common in the black community. Also, breaking down our own biases on who we "think" needs help
