P3 have been habitat hunting!

We hunted for evidence of animals and insects in the woods. There were a lot! We talked about who might live there and why some habitats might be high up, low down, really hidden, small or large. We know we need to show respect to all of the woods as it is the home for a lot of wildlife, and we'd not want our home poked with sticks or shouted at!

Primary 7a PE

P7a chose American football for their second team sport (instead of hockey). Here we have pupils running 1v1 plays with a quarterback, defender and runner, competing for a catch. 🏈

Primary 5 PE

P5 running some communication-focused quarterback plays. The focus here is running, changing direction, passing and catching, but also listening to your quarterback and being ready to receive the pass as you reach the target cone (orange). 🏈🗣️👂
