In Vietnam, there are many natural disasters such as floods,  heavy storms. in which flood is one of the most frequent natural disasters in the Central region.  The flood in the Central region in November 1999 was considered the biggest flood up to that point in Vietnam. The flood has flooded 10 provinces and cities and caused 595 deaths and losses totaling more than VND 3,773 billion. In order to prevent that flood,, such as people can bring things to put on the floor, and paste the walls in the house to avoid surfing it. So floods have brought bad consequences for the people so people need to raise awareness of life and protect the environment.
