I’m Kristen Beal, Director of Training here at Ross, and I just want to say how excited I am to be working alongside you as we shape the future of our Admissions team!

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is supporting the onboarding of new Admissions Representatives. I genuinely love this work because I get to witness the very beginning of someone’s journey—when confidence is still building, but the potential is limitless. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone find their stride, connect to our mission, and realize, “I can really do this.”

A strong start creates momentum. When we guide our new reps with clarity, consistency, and encouragement, we’re not just teaching systems—we’re building careers. And you, as mentors, play such a vital role in that process. Thank you for showing up and sharing your experience to help others grow.
