I'd really like to know what happened to our Assembly before I arrived. There seems to be some discord felt by some of the more senior Assembly members, and perhaps some trauma they experienced that has not been healed or properly addressed. How do we move forward cohesively when some feel as though they were treated unfairly? How do we move forward without repeating the same mistakes that may have been made? It would be helpful to know the details. It is obvious there are two distinct point of views, and it would be good to know the details from an unbiased party.
