If the goal is to obtain 40% of WSC members below 30, the simplest thing would be to establish a direct quota system, this would avoid scenarios that seek to "force" the election of candidates below 30. These youth members are no longer "youth advisors" but full members. Therefore, they must be elected on an equal footing with the other members of the WSC. But we need to push for Youth Engagement: so we may need to emphasize the 40% of WSC to be young people under 30 meaning setting aside 5 slots for young people.
