Reflecting on my experience as the director's assistant, I realized the importance of effective organization and communication to ensure the team worked smoothly. Coordinating everyone's tasks required careful planning and a strong sense of responsibility. In addition to my role in management, I took on the task of creating the background footage video, which allowed me to contribute creatively to the project. Using my camera as the main camera for the shoot was a significant responsibility, and it challenged me to think critically about framing and shot composition. Because this art festival gave me the opportunity to contact the stage lighting design and control for the first time. I designed it according to the story line of the script. 'Origins' play consists of 3 acts with 2 intermissions.

The first act is an introduction to the story and characters in time and space to the audience. The conflict of the story is presented and the tension stressed before the intermission. (1 plot)
The second act is the development of the story where tension of the drama continues to raise before the second intermission (2 plot). The second act in theater is oftentimes in a different environment.
The third act is where the conflict of the story gets resolved and characters show a change.

Intermissions are important pauses that allows stage runners to accommodate props in the stage to set the following act environment that usually changes in regular theater practices.

stage manager/running crew-first rehearsal its the 4D art festival where Iam the stage manager, I think I did everything I can for the group. I can work better with my classmate which can help my future corporate with other classmates. we had abit of problem in candle placement because when I try to put a long candle next to the other long candle during the scene where I was suppose to put it, it fall down because I think the platform is a bit unstable. my friend was not suppose to go out into the stage to put the candles which is my mistake because I didn't tell him that he can't do that. another problem is that we forgot when we were suppose to take the candles down so the candles were up for almost half of the performance which is also our problems in not knowing the timing. I would need to talk to my crew more clearer about what they can't and can do when the performance starts.
