         <description><![CDATA[<div>The endocrine system, which regulates body temperature, sends messages with the nervous system. The nervous system tells the muscular system to make your body shiver when you are cold. When you shiver, muscles move. When your muscles move it makes thermal energy and helps your body get warmer.
