She remained with the bank from 2001 to 2018, during which time she rose to the position of financial center manager and gained crucial experience in strategy and marketing, sales and operations management, and customer relations. Regarding strategy and marketing, Isoldy Guzman regularly participated in local volunteer events to promote Bank of America's philanthropic activity and enhance its presence in the community. Since December 2018, Ms. Guzman has served as a branch manager and business banker with Florida Community Bank, through which she works to develop new business and coach sales staff to provide superior customer service.
