We need to take into consideration that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimmed by the United Nations General Assembly; so, delegates from countries all around the world had to agree in every single one of the 30 articles that conform it.

The principles of a dignified life, should be the same here and in China. I think delegates had really extensive dialogues to finally achieve a document that protected all human beings. Maybe this rights were already being taken into consideration in some place around the world, but this document endorsed the appliment of each and everyone of those rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights finally made men, women and children equal.

Research and find at least one example in which a Socialist country has violated a HR, and how (past or present). a01412326 https://padlet.com/a01412326/hxnozspp55djmqjz/wish/1091326698 This is Past and Present, and a country that have a Socialist System is North Korea, and how al we know is that korean people, are going thru a violation of HR, we can see that people is dying of starving, also the goverment is a mornachy system, so the poblation can´t choose their goverments, some other "problems" that other countries found are:  exterminion, murder, slavery, torture, imprisonment, rape an other forms of sexual violence and force abortion. So this are types of HR violations.
Also there are more countries that are socialist, and violate HR.
