There are non HHC employees that do have AD accounts with HHC such as CCMC providers and nurses that work the HH NICU, some home coders, several outside practices, affiliates and outside agencies. Resetting a password should not be an issue. If they do not know their ID look them up in AD and reset in PW station whenever possible.
