Task-
in this activity we built a team class quilt for our teamwork badge. the information we had to put on was our name and 1 fact about us which we were learning things about each other we wouldn't have known. the things we did well was work with communication together and shown how it works when people are involved. As we got onto the activity we accomplished more as at the start it was difficult but as time went on we got better. what we could've done better was made more time and maybe have more people involved to make sure that it was done best to our ability even though there was communication, more group effort could have been made.

when I enrolled, I feel like I made a good impression showed off my communication skills and as I was given two choices with having exams or not, in which one to do and I chose the one with exams so that I can succeed in the future and show that I won't give up.

I also got accepted onto the course which made me feel like i did my best.

i have shown communication skills through work with having to speak to customer's and dealing with incidents. it helps me build up my confidence and show my maturity aswell as responsibility. i would call myself an active listener as i pay respect to anyone and pays attention to anyone who is speaking.

my attendance is above 95% and i am always here on time. I am always completing work with the effort they need. I am not behind wit anything which good.

i have had no issues with this course, no problems with my behaviour as I focus on the teachers and will listen to what i have to complete. i have good intentions with this course as it will make me progress.
evidence three- deadlines
i have been meeting the deadlines and putting time and focusing on my assignments. as i have handed in on time i wont be capped at a pass so will get the best grade i possibly can.

every day I get the bus to college so it save diesel and helps the environment friendly.

when going shopping with my mum we use recycling bags rather than chucking them away and keep buying new ones. this also helps saving money as to keep buying new bags.

i bring a water bottle every day which helps reduce the plastic, it also helps the environment

my teachers do the best they can by motivating us to do our best and pushing us to our best ability. as they encourage us to do our work but are always reliable by helping and explaining with what work to complete and how.

my assignments are always in and done with effort. i have never been capped at a pass as they meet the deadline and not late.

i have motivation as i balance college as well as a part time job. i do this for my own self to make me proud and know I'm earning my own money.

evidence 1- I have a part time job at McDonald's, this helps encourage me to be efficient and keep my job role up to high standards. this job role is a job you can succeed higher, my next step is to be a crew trainer this suggests I have a lot of responsibilities in keeping my paired employee up to work standards.

evidence 2- as this job is a multi job, meaning you can be based anywhere, this shows I have to have a knowledge of how everything works. this shows they can rely on me to help either other employee or paying customers.

evidence 3- my other work experience I completed was I helped Barnsley college with open evening, this gave me confidence as I had many different ranges of communication. I volunteered to do this as it boosts my life experience and gives me a different look on how to help people.
