All felt a bit rushed and disjointed, think having time to do all the questions would have been more beneficial than the presentations. The afternoon group work session was much better organised and worked better as we had chance to prepare in advance. Think these session may benefit from being longer as there always seems to be lots to discuss. Certainly we didn't discuss everything in our breakout group.
Found the morning sessions and the asynchronous work really good and very interesting. Useful to hear of real world examples of PH in practice from Somerset LA.
Not sure how useful the breakout groups for the person-based approach work was, may have worked better as asynchronous and worked through those exercises instead?

I liked that structure. By way of specific comments, I did find some of the later live sessions were either a bit repetitive of content in the asynch (e.g. screening), or had a tendency to put in a lot of statistics (cancer; sexual health), sometimes repetitively. I appreciate the stats are important, but I think I would have enjoyed more going into some details of specific studies (e.g. in the cancer lecture there was a brief mention of a cool study on lung cancer in Inuit populations - Those sorts of examples from research are really interesting in the live sessions, whereas to get a feel for lots of the stats on prevalence of particular conditions I think is better placed in asynch materials). Having a large proportion of the mark attributed to the longer essay, but also knowing there was the smaller second assessment to follow, felt about right. The topics that we were able to look at in the assessments (and having a degree of choice) was also great - and I enjoyed having that ability to focus on an area that I was interested in.
