Behaviorism- I praise success of students and always end with positive and clear feedback.
Cognitivism- drill past information to relate a new topic. Gradually they come up with new information and ideas.
Constructivism- (active participation of learners)experiments with real world problems so they think about past solutions and add more better solution with new ideas to emerge the best solution to a problem. (pollution)
Humanism-Reflect ones own work and also compare others work- this gives a goal to the learner. learners are free and safe to talk about their point of view.

Behaviourism: To apply behaviorism, I have provided immediate positive reinforcement, such as verbal praise or a small reward, when students solve a math problem correctly. This reinforcement aims to encourage students to continue practicing and applying mathematical concepts.

Cognitivism: I have used a scaffolding approach when introducing a new concept, such as fractions. I broke down fractions into steps, provided support, and guided students towards independent understanding.

Constructivism: Asked about prior knowledge and then presented a real-world problem, such as calculating the area of a garden, and ask students to work collaboratively to find a solution. The students explored different approaches, discuss their strategies, and construct their understanding of the concept of area through hands-on exploration and problem-solving.

Humanism: Students were allowed to choose from different math projects that align with their interests. This approach empowered students to take ownership of their learning and connect math to their personal interests.For example – S.T.E.A.M Carnival

Connectivism: Used online resources and collaborative tools to foster networked learning. Applied interactive math games for students to explore and expand their mathematical knowledge beyond the classroom. Also can assign an online math discussion forum where students can share problem-solving strategies, ask questions, and provide feedback to each other.

1. Behaviorism: Every learner loves receiving rewards from their teachers (written, verbal, receiving an object). This reward works as a positive reenforcement. For example: While doing group work (pasting pictures / writing in poster papers) in the classsroom, whichever group wins gets a big glitter star on their poster, also all members get individual shiny starts on their ID Cards, and their work is displayed in the classroom thorughout the week. This way every learner feels an urge to complete the work fast and correctly. Whenever there is a reward related to any class activity learners are more engaged and pay more attention to the work/ explanation of the topic.

2. Constructivism: This has been applied several times. As most of our classes have hands-on-activities, learners get the chance to experience every topic through projects/experiments. For example: in Science class learners participated in an experiment on Plants/Plantng trees. Learners asked to bring small pots to plant seeds in them. The soil and seeds were provided by the school. They had a paper with them where they logged in the information regarding the growth of the plant for 3-4weeks. They measured the plants with rules, watered the plants every other day. This way they would udnertsnad that plants needs good soil, water, air, and sunlight to grow. In continuation of the topic, a few plants were kept indoors without any sunlight so that they can see the difference.

3. Humanism: We always make sure to create a supportive learning envoronment for the young learners. Where they can share their ideas, reflect on their activities/ knowledge, and also apply it while learning from their peers under the guidance of theri teachers. Learners are the center of the classsroom at all times.

4. Cognitivism: Throughout the leanring journey, we are constantly reviewing the previously learned concepts in order to build on new concepts. This helps learners feel more confident and comfortable while learning something new as they can relate to it more clearly with the help of their previously gained knoweldge. At the beginning of the session we organise the WLP in a way that the previously learned concepts are reviewed for an entire week before introducing the new topics of the new grade.

What I plan to apply:

1. Connectivism: Making sure learners are awarer that they can receive information from various platforms, guiding them to extract the information properly and apply their learnerd knowledge in the classrooms.

According to the Cognitivism, as cognitivism best fits with problem solving sin doing so different ideas and concepts can be shared in the classrooms which will be great help of learners to develop their stronger knowledge and understanding.

While Constructivism, creating an active engagement in class in accordance with real life business and solving a variety of business cases so that learners can get numerous ideas of business and develop their thinking skills and provide decisions in perspective of the problems or evaluate the business.

In consonance with Humanism, planning to create learner centric ambience in the classroom so that they could meet the learning the learning goals and progress.

Last but not the least, Connectivism, can be used the learners ability and full potentiality to source and update with accurate information. Following this learners can build a strong learning network to research work or to get update information e.g. day to day basis like we announce in GC.

I plan some higher order questions for the students so that they can think and answer the questions. Behaviorism theory to help students better learn a concept. It is the idea that how a student behaves is based on their interaction with their environment. Positive reinforcement can encourage the students to move forward. I usually praise the students for positive attitude as reward. Constructivism is based on the idea that students actually create their own learning based on their previous experiences. I plan my LP in such a way that students can relate with present learning and create new learning connecting what they know. Humanism directly focuses on the idea of self-actualization for which students’ emotional and physical needs should be fulfilled. I basically ask the students and try to connect with them to know their comfot zone. Connectivism focuses on the idea that learners learn and grow when they form connections with the teachers and with their peer groups to help themselves feel motivated about learning. I try to create that environment. Nowadays my personal understanding is Learning should be seen as more of an active rather than a passive process where the teacher acts as a facilitator and a transmitter of knowledge and skills.

Gradually, they proceed to new learning experiences.

Connectivism: I check the level of the learners by asking questions and also give feedback based on the existing knowledge so their learning interests can be grabbed for the lesson. Sometimes, I ask their peers to give feedback with makes it more impactful through collaboration.

Constructivism: I use this theory mostly for any new topic in the lesson. I find graphic organizers a good tool for it where the information is collected directly from the students and I only facilitate and keep record of data.

Humanism: The Theory of Humanism focuses on learners' needs as it is a learner-centric approach. Making learners more independent and confident to determine their own goals is the key idea for a teacher to apply this theory in a lesson.

Behaviorism: The application of the theory of behaviorism is evident when the learners are found motivated in class. Their contribution needs to be well-recognized with rewards, and constructive/ positive feedback. 2. Cognitivism:
In my classroom, I have used visual aids, like charts and diagrams, to help students understand complex information. I have taught study skills and memory strategies, such as breaking information into smaller chunks, to help students remember what they learn. I encourage critical thinking and problem-solving by giving students challenging scenarios and asking them thought-provoking questions. These strategies have improved students' understanding, memory retention, and critical thinking skills.
I have used colorful and engaging visual aids, such as picture cards, posters, or charts, to support learning. For instance, when teaching vocabulary words or concepts, I have displayed corresponding images or illustrations to help children associate the visual representation with the meaning.
3.Constructivism:
In my pre-primary classroom, I have facilitated hands-on activities, experiments, and projects to actively engage students in constructing their knowledge. They have participated in sensory play, art projects, and science experiments that encourage exploration and discovery. I have encouraged students to ask questions, explore different perspectives, and engage in collaborative discussions with their peers, fostering a sense of curiosity and critical thinking. Additionally, I have provided opportunities for students to present their work and share their knowledge with the class, which has helped develop their communication skills and boosted their confidence.
4. Humanism:
In my classroom, I have made sure that students feel respected, supported, and valued. We regularly take time for self-reflection and setting goals, which helps students take charge of their own learning.
5.Connectivism:
In my pre-primary classroom, I have used technology and online resources to connect students with information beyond the classroom. They have collaborated and networked both in-person and online.

Humanism - Peer engagement (smart-slow learners), self assessment, one to one attention, using differentiated methods are regularly practiced, in the class for the students to learn properly. It helps a lot to include all the learning in the active learning process. It is important for the teachers to create good rapport bonding with the learners in the classroom to get good outcome.
Connectivism - Students learn well when they get engaged in the learning process actively. Reading the subject matter in a group and create own point of view, creating questions help them a lot to think critically.
It can stated that the theory of behaviorism is teacher-centered, whereas constructivism, connectivism, humanism, and cognitivism are learner-centered approaches.

How i have applied learning theories in my classrooms:
Behaviorism :
I try to give positive remarks always to the learners for dong their tasks whether it is wrong or right so that it creates safe learning area for them.
Cognitivism:
It is an external and internal thought process and also learner is an information processor who absorbs information and then they stock it in memory to apply .It guides their brains to look deeper into their present knowledge to find solutions.Such as project work
Constructivism:
As learner builds upon his previous experience and understanding the construct a new understanding ,it is all about on active participation of learners by doing group activities and they can construct their ideas from experience.
humanism:
Here learners potentiality focused rather than the method on materials.Ex:After discussion by pair/group work from the topic what kind of knowledge they received from there.
Connectivism:
Knowing how and where to find the best information is as important as the information itself .Ex: to start new story/poem ,I provide them some pictures/vedios for knowing the new ideas to construct with their own ideas so that they can reflect on it.
