In this case, Tony Evans is a laissez-faire leader who hardly tell Yin Fan what to do. Yin Fan took total responsibility for decisions involving millions of pounds and felt liberated by the freedom to make instant decisions. A fair degree of autonomy and authority were given the staff (YinFan) to make her own decisions.

Leadership style is an important element during managing company. For our team, Laissez-Faire management style is a challenging style to manage business. If the leader choose one person who are disable or not good at managing, the person will make company in trouble. In contrary, if his ideas are always advanced and suitable for business, that will bring huge profits and more efficiency to the company than other leader styles, because there is no complex rules, everybody has one goal, that is profit. Obviously, Yin Fan is a successful person who manage work by herself.
Otherwise, people are diversity, people has their own perspectives in different events. So if leader choose someone who often has extreme idea, that will break the team work and cooperation.

- I may feel uncomfortable if under this leadership style.
- For example, I was one of the members of a sports club when I was a sophomore at university. I prefer to make decisions with others and share the responsibilities and risks together.
- I will feel stressed if I take total responsibility for decisions.
