Need I say more? This is just one of the many things I miss about us; yung mag memessage ako to say “labas ka, andito na ulam mo” or you saying “dito na ako sa room mo” chz. Happiest birthday, Patty! This is the second time I’m greeting you virtually for your birthday and hopefully, next year hindi na. It is always a bliss whenever I recall all those tawanan, harutan, iyakan, kaninan (AY???), hampasan that we have shared most especially when we talk about our aspirations and advocacies (where we continue to fight for children's rights and the rights of the oppressed) and if time permits, I still pray we can be that again. Basta, whenever you need an extra friend, I am always here. I will not make this long because quota na ako sa essay writing last year. You do so much for others so please take some time for yourself ❤️

First of all, Happy Birthday HAHA! I hope that you enjoy your day. Kahit quarantine pa rin this year yung birthday mo, I know for sure na magiging masaya and meaningful pa rin 'to in whatever way it is.  

Tuloy mo lang yung pakikipaglaban sa mga bagay na pinaniniwalaan mo at pinagkakatiwalaan mo. Tuloy mo yung laban para sa bayan. Kailangan na kailangan natin yan.

Alam ko na yung friendship natin didn't end up where we intend it to be pero despite what happened, kung saan man 'to dumaan at napunta, I'm glad na we're ok now and wala na yung bigat at negativity ng kung ano man nangyare before (hopefully).

I am also sincerely happy na every time na naririnig kita mag share or mag kwento hindi na lagi puro negative, toxic, masasakit at malulungkot na mga bagay HAHA I guess that happens when you're with right people. Tuloy mo na yan. Malalaman at mararamdaman mo naman kung sino yung mga tamang tao para sa'yo 'wag na yung katulad dati. HAHAHA (alam mo na yun)

We both know na something has changed sa relationship natin compared to before. Wala namang perfect na relationship and just like kanila Yang and Mer only time could  tell kung saan siya pupunta. But I just want you to know (kasi alam ko hindi ko siya naexpress before) na I appreciate everything that you have done and given me. From the towel event, youth camp, snacks booth, to planning outreaches, completing simbang gabi, movie date, clingy weekends and everything in between. Looking back I really enjoy having to spend those days with you kasi sa totoo lang ang sarap mong kasama, you satisfy the introvert in me sa dami ng kwento mo  (kahit ang ambag ko lang most of the time ay karaoke sa kotse). Thank you for being one of the people who inspire me to fight for others and to never give up on achieving my dreams. Also know na if at some point naparamdam ko sa iyo na hindi ka enough and magisa ka, from the bottom of my heart I’m really really sorry.

We may have our own Alex Karevs now, but always remember na I’m always and sincerely proud of you!! If at some point kailanganin mo ulit ng taga-Hoy at sun (char) andito lang ako and I promise to really make an effort to be there for you the way you wanted me to.
