         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Provide the opportunities for breaks. This can be inside the classroom or outside the classroom breaks.<br>2. A "calm-corner" in the classroom where students can step away and show to their fellow classmates they would like to be alone.<br>3. Teach students how to self regulate their emotions and remain calm towards others. <br>4. Give students the opportunity to gain rewards for good behavior. This can be in the form of a phone call home or a punch card to gain access to the treasure box.<br>5. Give students an outlet. This could include stress balls, fidget spinners, or even my favorite "desk pets". Desk pets are erasers or even fuzz balls that students take care of and when they act out their pet gets sad and has to be removed and put in classroom jail till their owner can be responsible.<br>6. Simply keep the classroom calm. Keep stress out of your class and keep your students happy and working hard.</div>]]></description>
