         <description><![CDATA[<p>Uses a RF bypassed current mirror Q1,Q2 for AM detection. Q3,Q4 is a cascode RF amplifier. Q4 is biased in an allowable way but a way that is only suitable for small signals. The base emitter voltage is about 0.6 volts as is the collector emitter voltage which is just enough for a few 10's of millivolt signal at the collector while removing a lot of biasing components.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
