Room (Dover commons, CO lakewood) = $1,675
I plan on having a roommate, that being my sister who's a year younger then me. Once I graduate highschool I plan on working for a year until my sister graduates and we plan on going to the same college together if possible. Then that way I can make some money for that 1 year I'm waiting for her. This way we can share an apartment and it'll be less of a hassle deciding on things and when problems come up and that the bill would be split between. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.

Link: https://www.apartmentfinder.com/Colorado/Lakewood-Apartments/Dca-Dover-Commons-Apartments-dbrhbzk
