She is an american women who was born in June 14, 1904. She unfortunately he died in 1917. She is famous for her scenes of modern industry, of the Great Depression, and of political and social movements in the 1920s through 1950s.She is the first documentary photographer to be accredited/work with U.S armed force. Her first hobby was photography especially after leaving Cornell she futhered her career with it. She became one of the first four people to work for life’s magazine. While working with the army she visited places that had concentration camps and gas chambers. She’s took pictures of corpses in gas chambers and images in concentration camps and stunned the world. This explains why her photos seem so dark because they show what she going on in other places of the work. She retired from life’s magazines the best later died from Parkinson’s disease.

He was born August 27, 1890. he was born in Philadelphia but spent most of his time in France where he died. His real name Emmanuel Radnitzky but his stage name was Man Ray because his real name was too long. His art spanned painting, sculpture, film, prints and poetry, and in his long career he worked in styles influenced by Cubism, Futurism, Dadaand Surrealism. He was known for his photography which spanned both the Dada and Surrealism movements, and his aesthetic purposes. He was inspired by Albert Stieglitz photographs. He used a style similar to Stieglitz, which provided an unvarnished look to the subject in the photo.

He was born as Oscar Cowan Corbo. He was born on the tenth of September in 1918 and died when he was 97. His mother was an avid photographer and a nurse. He got his nick name by adopting his stepfathers last name after his mom and dad divorced when he was a toddler. He was influenced by the painter Norman Rockwell’s art from the 1940s-50s. Sweet often took of photos of things that showed an action going on. Just because he takes action photos doesn’t mean he’s an news photographer , he considered himself a photographic illustrator. Photography illustration is when you take a photo but is steadily focused on creating the perfect image, not simply capturing it. It is like he’s creating the picture more then just taking them. Not only was he a photographic illustrator he was also an actor but enjoyed photography more. Ozzie was like a painter but placed those skills in photography. He didn’t randomly take pictures. He composed each shot so that it was less than a random shot and more of a completed canvas. Ozzie left out no details when’s forming a picture. None of his work was accidental , all of the pictures we’re well planned.

This image isn’t an ideal representation of what kind of photo Sweet likes to take. Ozzie loved taking photos of people playing sports in action, which is probably how he got a magic sine cover job. It is an action shot of a baseball player either throwing or catching a ball. He is in mid air so the action wasn’t finished. There is a man on the ground who looks like he was backing up the player in case he needed help.

This is a photo of Jackie Robinson when he was injured. This action shot shows him being helped by a man who looks like he was talking a photo of him for probably the news. The backround shows that there was a game going on because of the fans. You can tell that they’re on a baseball feild because of the high walls and the backround becausebackrounds support settings.

His Man Ray photo is really deep and different from his usual photos .This is a photo of Man Ray with a rope around his neck and a gun in his hand. Because of object placed I feel that this specific photo of himself was to express the way he feels. This is unique because it shows that he’s struggling with life and that he’s probably thinking about suicide but doesn’t know which way to do it. He typically takes black and white photots of someone else doing something artistic but this one had a dark twist and probably more meaning to it.

This photo is of a women whose body is shaped like a cello or some type of instrument in that family. He then added on the lines that you would typically find on the instrument called “f-holes”. The little details give the photo meaning.Throughout his career Man Ray was fascinated with juxtaposing an object with a female body. I think this photo is unique and beautiful because it has a calming mood to it. I think it is also sexist because his views women as object but that is expected from men who were born during the time that women had no rights.

From this photo you can tell that this takes place during a war or some kind because the little baby is behind a barb wired fence. The backround looks uncivilized and the ground is all dust and dirt.
