In fact/Indeed, in this document the author focuses on Breast Cancer from the past until today in rich countries.

Firstly, (in the article) it is said that the number of women who have breast cancer has dicreased dramatically. Thus/So/Consequently, a few women die today thanks to awareness programs and different therapies

Secondly, we learn that breast cancer prevention helps reduce the number of women likely to be impacted negatively affected by the disease: programs of detecting the cancer at an early state. Also, women after 50 (years old) realise mammograms every 3 years because the risk is higher.

Next, it is stated that if someone in the family has breast cancer one can develop this disease too. In this case, there are different prevention methods for example mastectomy or taking medications.

We are told that there are signs of breast cancer, for example lumps, a change in the shape and colour… However/But, there are treatments like radiotherapy, surgery and drugs. Women should start/begin the treatment earlier.

Finally, in addition to the treatments, there must be a change in lifestyle to prevent breast cancer. Actually, exercising, eating healthy, reducing alcohol and cigarette consumption can reduce the chances of getting breast cancer.
